Essential Guidelines for Your Submission
We only review portfolios that include work created solely by the applicant. No copied work. No team-owned work that you cannot claim. If your work includes AI tools, then mention what part of the work was handled in AI.
We may ask for proof such as:

- Original 3D scene assets
- Raw, unedited output passes
- A brief video demonstration of your live modeling/texturing process
If your work is yours, this is not a problem. When it comes to quality, we expect the candidate to be able to produce videos like the one below create by the W "How team"-
Who This Role Is For
This role is best for someone who can handle clean motion graphics and also jump into 3D animation when the project requires it. You should be comfortable with structured work, such as following storyboards, references, and brand guidelines.
You will get 3D Modeling assistance from the team. So your only role will be to animate and create motion graphics.
We value people who learn fast, communicate clearly in English.
Responsibilities

Produce short 3D animations for product visualization projects

Follow briefs, story references, and brand guidelines

Apply feedback and revisions efficiently

Use AI tools when helpful to speed up workflow and improve output quality
Skills and Qualifications We Need

Graduate, Bachelor’s degree preferred (can be considered or compromised if you have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your work skills.)

1 to 2 years of experience in 3D Animation.

Strong reading and listening skills in English.

Fast learner who can adapt to new workflows

Comfortable using AI tools in the production workflow
- Must be able to work on-site in Dhaka
Tools We Commonly Use
We use pretty much any tools that make our production easier and more efficient. We often learn a completely new tool to take advantage of a particular feature.
The main 3D Rendering tools we use inside 7CGI are- 3Ds Max, Vray, Corona, Zbrush, Blender, and Unreal Engine.
However, you can use your choice of application.
