7CGI has operated since 2015 with an in-house team of more than 20 3D artists, project supervisors, and an R&D lead, working from studios in Beaverton, Oregon and Dhaka. Work is not brokered out to a rotating pool of contractors, which is why visual style stays consistent across a multi-image set and across repeat projects years apart. A defined review process
Every project includes two full rounds of revisions. Drafts are shared before materials, lighting, and furnishing are finalized, so camera angles and composition get agreed while changes are still cheap.

Most architectural renderings fall between $250 and $600 or more per image, depending on complexity, view count, and detail level. Quotes are per image with no hidden fees, and the variables that move the price are explained up front.
Working across time zones
The US and Bangladesh studios overlap enough to move a review cycle daily rather than weekly. Files sent at end of day in the United States are often back the following morning.

How an Architectural Rendering Project Runs
Six stages from your first file to final delivery, with sign-off built in at the point where changes are still cheap.
We confirm scope before anything starts
1.You send drawings, models, and references.
2.We review the files and flag anything missing.
3.You receive a fixed per-image quote and a delivery date.
Nothing goes into production until scope, deliverables, and price are agreed in writing.
Composition gets agreed first
1.We propose camera positions for every image.
2.You approve or adjust the framing.
3.The scene is built to the approved angles.
This is the cheapest stage at which to change direction, so we settle it before any detail work begins.
Layout sign-off before detail
1.A draft quality render is produced for each view.
2.You check layout, framing, and proportion.
3.Changes are applied before materials are added.
Draft renders strip away texture and lighting so the underlying composition is easy to judge on its own.
The approved composition gets finished
1.Textures, finishes, and material schedules are applied.
2.Time of day and lighting are set.
3.Landscaping, furniture, and styling are added.
This is where the image becomes photorealistic, working from the references and mood you supplied in the brief.
Full resolution files in your formats
1.Final renders are output at your required resolution.
2.Files are delivered in the formats you specified.
3.Two rounds of revisions are included.
Most projects use fewer revisions than they are entitled to, because composition was signed off at the draft stage.
What we need from you to start
1.Design files. CAD, floor plans, elevations, sections, or Revit and SketchUp models. Site plans, landscape plans, FF&E, and material schedules if you have them.
2.Visual references. Photos, Pinterest boards, previous renderings, brand guidelines, or furniture references that show the mood you want.
3.Deliverable details. Number of images, interior or exterior views, camera angles, resolution, file format, animation length or 360 degree requirements, deadline, and what the images are for.
4.Site context. Site photos, a Google Maps location, or surrounding context references.
If all you have is a hand sketch or a basic floor plan, that is workable. We build accurate models from far less than a full CAD set.

Ideally architectural drawings such as CAD files, floor plans, and elevations, or 3D models from Revit or SketchUp, plus material and style references. A basic floor plan or hand drawn sketch is enough to begin, and we build the model from there.
Can renderings be used for planning permission?
Yes. Our high resolution renderings suit both planning and permitting submissions and pre-construction marketing, and can be delivered to whatever specification the authority requires.
How many revisions are included?
